I paid $25K in 2023, and as of today, I'm at a NEGATIVE balance of MORE than $25,000!!!!
After a 15 months, they produced a TOTAL of 53 sales on Etsy.
I have been BEGGING them for a refund, and they won't do it.
They present falsehood after falshood after stringing along after string along after string along

My Story

I came across Uptrend Ecommerce in late 2023 when I was exploring ecom. I got started with 6 different companies at about the same time to spread the risk/reward. Here's my story:

Talked to John Humphrey for the sales pitch. They were to build an Etsy store and increase sales couple hundred dollars a month. He had nice graphs and examples from current clients. I felt comfortable as I'd been doing a ton a research and got started in October 2023. I was immediately ignored. After submitting payment of $25K, I expected welcome emails, welcome calls, an entire onboarding process....but, nothing. couple weeks went by and still nothing. I was asking for updates every other week, and they literally made fun of me. Their response, "We'll be sure to pass along your additional request of being notified for every single little thing that occurs on your store."....seriously, that's what they communicated to me. And mind you, this was after they had sent me ZERO updates and I have no idea what was going on. John, the sales guy, and doesn't reply after he gets your $25K. 

So I finally get connected with someone named Ian Dumagan, who is supposed to be my account manager, or team lead, or, I don't know because they don't tell you anything....

I finally had someone reach out to get my Etsy store set up. paid fees and it did get set up. Today is March 2025, and they have made a total of 53 sales...less than 4 sales a month. 

In addition, they then try to get a TikTok shop going. Well, they have no oversight on their employees, and the rep that ran my titktok stole upwards $7000 (they basically use your payments to fulfil orders for other clients or themselves). Then they got my TikTok banned...They got my Facebook marketplace banned so I couldn't even use my personal Facebook acct for marketplace. 

I gave them my Amazon shop after the other company I tried blew it real bad....
